A delicious and spicy twist on traditional sausage balls, made gluten-free for everyone to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gluten-free sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, almond flour, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
