1 pound gluten-free sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free sausage, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, almond flour, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Adjust the amount of jalapeños to your spice preference.
These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
