Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the gluten-free flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped nuts.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before rolling in powdered sugar.
