A delightful recipe for sweet treat lovers that combines the classic flavors of s’mores in a gluten-free bar form.

  • 1 cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and brown sugar.
  3. Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish evenly.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the baked crust.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
