- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Form the ground beef into two patties and smash them onto the skillet.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and place a slice of cheese on each patty.
- While the burgers are cooking, butter one side of each slice of gluten-free bread.
- Once the cheese is melted, remove the patties and place them between the slices of bread, buttered side out.
- Grill the sandwich in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Spread the special sauce on the inside of the sandwich before serving.
