A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring gluten-free sausage and tortellini, perfect for spring.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb gluten-free sausage
  • 12 oz gluten-free tortellini
  • 2 cups asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, combine the gluten-free sausage, tortellini, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture out in an even layer on the sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your meal!
