A delicious and easy recipe for gluten-free chicken fajitas made on a single sheet pan, perfect for a spring dinner.

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Gluten-free tortillas, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
