- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the gluten-free sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, hash browns, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and hash brown mixture, stirring to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
