Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  5. Grease a popover pan or muffin tin with butter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cup about halfway.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the popovers are puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, do not open the oven door while baking.
  • Serve with butter, jam, or your favorite spread.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
