  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and mix until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the flour mixture.
  5. Knead the dough until it forms a ball.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  7. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  8. Sprinkle pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
  9. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Let cool slightly before serving.
