  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten free flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
