Delicious and fudgy gluten-free brownies made with peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Stir in the cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
