  • 1 package gluten-free Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • White chocolate for decorating

Instructions

  1. Crush the gluten-free Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies with softened cream cheese and mix until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into small football shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
