A delicious and -to-make gluten-free dessert that combines the flavors of peanut butter, chocolate, and pretzels in a no-bake pie.

  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free pretzels, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed gluten-free pretzels and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  6. Spread the peanut butter filling over the pretzel crust evenly.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  8. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  9. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional pretzels if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure to use gluten-free pretzels to keep the pie gluten-free.
  • This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
