A delicious and comforting gluten-free casserole featuring chicken and mushrooms, perfect for spring.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup gluten-free pasta
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mushrooms, gluten-free pasta, chicken broth, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
