Delicious and cheesy mashed potato puffs that are perfect for parties and game days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, gluten-free flour, eggs, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil.
  5. Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
