Delicious and fudgy brownies inspired by the classic Little Debbie treat, made gluten-free for everyone to enjoy.

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
