- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free lemon cake mix and melted butter.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and lemon curd until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake mix layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
