1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free sausage, shredded cheese, gluten-free breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
