Delicious and -to-make no-bake Oreo balls that are gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush the gluten-free Oreo cookies in a bowl until fine crumbs form.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed cookies and mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Return the chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, you can add sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens.
  • Store the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for up to a week.
