- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup corn
- 1 avocado, sliced
