- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the honey, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
