  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the honey, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
