- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, honey, BBQ sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
