Delicious and -to-make gluten-free honey BBQ meatballs perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, honey, BBQ sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Make sure to use certified gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • These meatballs can be frozen for later use.
