- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, parsley, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the herb mixture over the cod fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
