- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in diced zucchini and bell pepper, cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add chickpeas, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stir well.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
