- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine grape jelly and barbecue sauce over medium heat. Stir until the jelly is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat.
