Gluten Free Gingerbread

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the molasses and egg to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
