  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cut into sticks.
