A delicious and elegant side dish made with creamy mashed potatoes, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the potatoes, then mash until smooth.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then mix in the eggs until fully incorporated.
  6. Transfer the potato mixture to a piping bag and pipe into desired shapes on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
