- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the potatoes, then mash until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then mix in the eggs until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the potato mixture to a piping bag and pipe into desired shapes on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
