A delicious and creamy dip inspired by the classic crab rangoon, made gluten-free for everyone to enjoy.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add the crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
