- In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until well coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and orange zest. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
