A fun and colorful twist on the classic deviled eggs, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Food coloring (various colors)
  • Vinegar (for dyeing)

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them carefully.
  3. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks, placing them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls for coloring.
  6. Add a few drops of food coloring and a splash of vinegar to each bowl, mixing until you achieve the desired colors.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the colored yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
