- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them carefully.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks, placing them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls for coloring.
- Add a few drops of food coloring and a splash of vinegar to each bowl, mixing until you achieve the desired colors.
- Fill the egg whites with the colored yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
