- In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until well blended.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
