Delicious and fudgy gluten-free brownies that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
