Delicious and fudgy gluten-free brownies made without chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
