- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
