A delicious combination of brownies and cookies, perfect for gluten-free dessert lovers.

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cookie dough (gluten-free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of gluten-free cookie dough over the brownie layer.
  9. Top with the remaining brownie batter.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let cool before cutting into squares.
