- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of gluten-free cookie dough over the brownie layer.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
