Delicious and healthy dessert bars made with blackberries and pistachios, perfect for gluten-free diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the gluten-free flour, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in the blackberries and chopped pistachios gently.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
