- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the gluten-free flour, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Fold in the blackberries and chopped pistachios gently.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
