Delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free BBQ sliders using ground turkey.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Gluten-free slider buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, BBQ sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
  5. Serve on gluten-free slider buns with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
