- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, BBQ sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through.
- Serve on gluten-free slider buns with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
