  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (or dairy-free alternative)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup gluten-free gravy

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and cook the gluten-free sausages according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pot, boil the cubed potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper to the potatoes, and mash until smooth and creamy.
