- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, ground turkey, gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into nugget shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
