Delicious and healthy gluten-free nuggets made with sweet potatoes and ground turkey, perfect for a nutritious snack or meal.

  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, ground turkey, gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into nugget shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
