- Dip each ham-wrapped cheese stick first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
