- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Once chilled, use your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the cheese mixture.
- Roll each ball in chopped chives to coat the outside.
- Place two black olive slices on each ball for eyes and a small piece of carrot for the beak.
- Arrange the cheese balls on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
