Delicious and fun mini cheese balls shaped like baby chicks, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (for eyes)
  • 1/4 cup carrot sticks (for beaks)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  3. Once chilled, use your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the cheese mixture.
  4. Roll each ball in chopped chives to coat the outside.
  5. Place two black olive slices on each ball for eyes and a small piece of carrot for the beak.
  6. Arrange the cheese balls on a serving platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
