A delicious and easy recipe for gluten-free bacon wrapped smokies cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of gluten-free cocktail smokies
  • 1 pound of gluten-free bacon
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the bacon strips in half.
  3. Wrap each smokie with a half strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Place the wrapped smokies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar and black pepper if desired.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
