Delicious and cozy Garlic Bread Rolls infused with aromatic garlic and melted mozzarella, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 loaf of bread dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pizza sauce (for serving)
  • Ranch dressing (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll the bread dough into small balls.
  3. Combine melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture and then place them in a football-shaped baking dish.
  5. Stuff each ball with mozzarella cheese and close the dough around it.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with pizza sauce and ranch dressing.
