A cool and creamy take on the classic s’mores, perfect for summer enjoyment.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in the marshmallow fluff.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth, then let cool slightly.
  5. Layer half of the graham cracker mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing it down firmly.
  6. Spread half of the marshmallow fluff mixture over the graham cracker layer evenly, then drizzle the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker mixture, marshmallow fluff, and chocolate.
  8. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  9. Slice into squares and serve straight from the freezer.

Notes

Best served frozen; can be customized with different flavored extracts.
