A creamy and savory dip featuring tangy dill pickles, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night at home.

  • 16 oz sour cream (can substitute with dairy-free)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (can substitute with dairy-free; e.g., Kite Hill)
  • 1 cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning (homemade with dairy-free option)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter (or dairy-free butter)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the sour cream and cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped dill pickles and pickle juice, stirring gently to incorporate.
  4. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and homemade ranch seasoning.
  5. Add salt to taste, ensuring the flavors blend well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Combine the Panko breadcrumbs and melted butter (or dairy-free butter) in a separate bowl until evenly coated.
  8. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top of the dip in the baking dish.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving, and enjoy with your favorite dippers!

Notes
