A delightful summer cocktail combining ripe mango, fresh mint, and zesty lime for a refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
  • 2 cups soda water

Instructions

  1. Muddle the diced mangoes, mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Fill glasses with ice and pour the mango mixture over the ice.
  3. Top each glass with soda water and stir gently.
