A delightful dip combining creamy feta and sweet honey that evokes nostalgia and warmth, perfect for gatherings and picnics.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Blend the cheeses together using a hand mixer or food processor until smooth and creamy.
  3. Drizzle in the olive oil and honey, and blend until fully incorporated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle additional honey on top if desired.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if using, and serve with crackers or vegetables.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Not recommended for freezing.
