A refreshing salad combining crisp endive, juicy pears, creamy gorgonzola, and crunchy walnuts, drizzled with anchovy vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of endive
  • 1 head of little gem lettuce
  • 2 juicy pears
  • 100g creamy gorgonzola cheese
  • 50g toasted walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons anchovy vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the endive and little gem lettuce, and place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Slice the pears and add them to the bowl.
  3. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese over the salad.
  4. Add the toasted walnuts for crunch.
  5. Drizzle the anchovy vinaigrette over the top and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately as a sophisticated side dish.
