  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
  2. Add the butter, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mash until smooth.
  3. Stir in the beaten eggs until well combined.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Using a piping bag, pipe the potato mixture onto a baking tray into swirled shapes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
